Dr. Taylor provides comprehensive, scientifically-based treatments for Anxiety Disorders in children, adolescents, and adults.

  • Cognitive and Behavioral Psychotherapy for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, Panic Disorder with Agoraphobia, Social Phobia, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Specific Phobias, and Trichotillomania.
  • Exposure and Response Prevention treatment for OCD.
  • Panic Control Therapy for Panic Disorder with Agoraphobia.
  • Exposure based treatments in the office, home, and real world settings.
  • Referrals for Psychopharmacological Evaluation and Treatment.

In addition to her private practice, Dr. Taylor is also co-facilitator of the Fairfield County OCD Support Group. This support group provides an informative forum which can offer a supportive, informal, empathetic environment for people coping with OCD. Meetings are free and are held monthly at First Church Congregational, United Church of Christ in Fairfield, CT (During the COVID-19 pandemic, virtual Zoom meetings will be held).
